Hello! I am a Statistics Ph.D. candidate at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) advised by Dr. Padhraic Smyth. Some things I’m excited about:

  • testing and evaluating LLMs and agentic systems
  • uncertainty quantification
  • model selection
  • Bayesian statistics

In general, I love to explore the intersection of statistics and AI/ML and am passionate about improving how both are applied in practical, real-world settings.

During my PhD, I’ve also worked on statistical methodology for forensic science applications with CSAFE and served as a data curator/librarian for the UCI Machine Learning Repository.
